Manchester, United Kingdom: DAC Systems recently announced the launch of DAC Systems Europe, a new subsidiary that will serve customers across the United Kingdom and European Union with specialist Microsoft capabilities in Dynamics 365, AI workforce solutions, Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure Data and AI. The move follows DAC’s agreement with Nectra Consulting, whose team now forms the core of DAC Systems Europe.
Mike Lee, Director of DAC Systems Europe, stated that the decision was based on focus and fit.
“Partnering with DAC Systems Global was a natural step. DAC has a proven record in South Africa of delivering business transformation with Microsoft technologies, supported by strong industry expertise and an award-winning support division. Launching DAC Systems Europe allows us to bring that same depth to the UK and EU.”
DAC Systems Europe will focus on the Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics, and Project and Professional Services sectors. According to Mike, these sectors face pressure to modernise quickly and value partners who understand both industry processes and technology.
“Most providers in the region sell generic ERP and consulting services. We are different. We focus on the industries where we have depth. We deliver strong value without compromising quality through either onshore or offshore delivery models. Our team of 50-plus covers Dynamics, AI, and data end-to-end. That combination is rare in this market.”
The newly established European business will draw on the existing South African operations for methods, support, and established ISV relationships. “We will use DAC’s award-winning support operation, proven delivery approaches, and partnerships such as Dynamics Print to strengthen our offer,” Mike added. “By combining South African delivery capacity with a European presence, clients get consistent outcomes, competitive costs, and a partner that can deliver globally.”
Mike outlined a clear five-year ambition.
“We aim to establish a respected Microsoft partner across the UK and EU, with recognised strength in our target industries. We plan to expand centres of excellence in AI and data, and to deepen our ecosystem through ISV partnerships that extend Microsoft’s platform. This is fully aligned with DAC Systems’ global growth strategy.”
Sakhile Sibisi, Non-Executive Director at DAC Systems Europe, will support technical governance and market development as the subsidiary scales.
For organisations assessing Microsoft roadmaps or considering partner consolidation, DAC Systems Europe offers advisory, implementation, managed services, and support delivered by a team that blends local knowledge with global reach.
